Dance Canvas is 'Most Loved'!
We are thrilled to announce that Dance Canvas has won the title of 'Most Loved Dance Studio in Springfield' for the third year running! We want to thank everyone for their constant loyalty and support, showing love and appreciation and taking the time to vote for us! We are six years strong and very grateful for the awesome dance community we've all created together!

Parent Appreciation Week
March 25th - 30th
To show our love for all our awesome parents, we'll be providing free fruit and delicious baked goods in the lobby all week!
Christmas Movie Night
Saturday December 8th, 5:00pm-7:30pm
As a big thank-you to all our students, Dance Canvas will be hosting our fourth annual Christmas Movie Night on December 8th! Drop the kids off with us for a few hours while you get some Christmas shopping done. We'll be showing 'The Polar Express' on our huge 80'' screen and all students aged 5+ are welcome! Christmas Movie Night is free but registration is necessary to attend, you can sign up at the front desk or e-mail us.
Spring Recital 2019
Registration open October 1st!
Registration is now open for our annual Recital! We know the big day is a long way off, (June 2019) but we wanted to give you a heads-up on the recital registration schedule for the next few months (the deadline to register is December 15th):
October 1st - December 15th, 2018
Registration time!
Costume Fee due - $60.00 per class (incl. tights)
(this fee is for your child's costume, which is theirs to keep!)
March 15th, 2019
Recital Fee deadline - $45.00
(this fee is to help us pay for the venue,
ushers, staff, playbills, ticket printing etc. )
If this is your child's first year at Dance Canvas, feel free to come to us with any questions you might have! While we encourage all students to participate, Recital is non-compulsory and students who choose not to perform on the day can still attend class as usual. The date and venue are TBD, but we'll let you know soon!
Recital is always a memorable, fun-filled experience, and we keep things tasteful and classy, with age-appropriate costumes and music. We believe one of the joys of dance is the opportunity for students to perform what they've learned for the important people in their life, so we hope your child will join us for this awesome experience!
