Tuition

Tuition is due the first week of every month. After the 10th of any given month, a $10.00 late fee will be applied. Payments may be made by cash, check or Visa, MasterCard or Discover. Monthly tuition remains the same regardless of absence, inclement weather, or of the number of weeks fluctuating from month to month. Registration fees and camp/recital deposits are non-refundable. Please refer to Make-up / Cancellation Policy.

 

PLEASE NOTE - IF TUITION IS MORE THAN TWO MONTHS OVERDUE WITH NO COMMUNICATION FROM PARENTS, THE DANCER'S PLACE WILL BE GIVEN TO THE NEXT STUDENT ON THE WAITING LIST

Make-up / Cancellation Policy

In the event that your child misses class, is sick or we must cancel classes due to any unforeseen circumstance such as weather, etc, missed classes can not be refunded or deducted from the following month's tuition. Your child will instead be allowed to make up that class in another class of their choice (age permitting) at any point until the end of that dance year. This is a great opportunity for your child to try out a new style, and meet some new friends! At Dance Canvas we encourage your child to be open to all different styles as it will only enhance their dance experience!

Weather

If Inclement Weather does occur, we will endeavour to stay open, but if the weather is bad we may be forced to close. You can always find updates on our Facebook page. Stay safe!

Respect

We require all students (and parents) to respect each other, their instructor and the studio. If a student consistently failed to do so they would be asked to leave, as Dance Canvas is a happy place and any form of bullying, disruption or disrespect will not be tolerated. Let's be excellent to each other!
